It has a fat content equal to less than 1/3 in opposition to that of milk ice-cream, whit only 130 kcals against 220 kcals of a milk ice-cream. Easy to digest and aware of diet.

Thanks to the quantity of calcium present in the product (equal to 20% of the recommended daily allowance) it helps the organism in the formation and conservation of a solid bone structure. Furthermore the process of fermentation, typical of yogurt, makes the product more digestible.
